Job Title: Gym Membership Sales Executive

Location: Fitness First Santacruz, Breach candy, Lower Parel

Experience Level: 1-3 Years in Sales (Fitness/Wellness industry preferred)

Job Summary:

As a Membership Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in driving revenue through new memberships. You’ll engage walk-ins, follow up on leads, conduct tours, and close membership sales by highlighting the benefits and services offered by Volt Fitness Club.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and local outreach

* Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings

* Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting features, services, and membership benefits

* Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets

* Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales activity is documented and tracked

* Build long-term relationships with members and potential clients

* Participate in marketing events, open houses, and community outreach programs

* Stay updated on current fitness trends and Volt’s service offerings

* Collaborate with front desk and fitness staff to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

* 1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

* Passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle

* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
