Hardware & Network Engineer

Location: Between Virar – Churchgate (Preferred candidates residing or willing to travel within this stretch)

Summary: We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Engineer responsible for handling day-to-day IT support, system installations, troubleshooting, and basic networking tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware, printers, operating systems, and related IT infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities: Computer Hardware Support

• PC assembling, component installation, and hardware upgrades
• Laptop troubleshooting and repairing
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Software & OS Support

• Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
• Software installation, updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Microsoft Outlook configuration, backup, and troubleshooting

• Printer Support

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all types of printers
• Troubleshooting printer network issues, toner/ink replacement, and routine servicing

• Networking

• Basic LAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Handling network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Switches, Routers)

• CCTV Installation & Maintenance (Plus Point)

• Installation, configuration, and cabling of CCTV cameras
• DVR/NVR setup and routine CCTV maintenance
• Troubleshooting camera or recording-related issues

Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hardware and networking support

• Strong understanding of computer hardware components
• Knowledge of OS installation, system formatting, and data backup/recovery
• Ability to travel and support clients between Virar – Churchgate
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of CCTV systems (added advantage)
• Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Hardware & Networking (A+, N+, CCNA – optional but preferred)
• Experience working in field support or service-based IT roles
