Job Description

  • Preferred Skills (Laptop Hardware Repair & Replacement):Hands-on experience in laptop hardware repair and part replacement
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble laptops safely
  • Replacement of LCD/LED screens, keyboards, touchpads, batteries, speakers, fans, hinges, and DC jacks
  • Diagnosis and fixing of power issues, no display, overheating, and boot problems (non–chip level)
  • RAM, HDD/SSD upgrade and replacement
  • Installation and configuration of Windows OS, drivers, and basic software
  • BIOS/UEFI settings and updates (basic level)
  • Data backup and basic troubleshooting support
  • Handling laptops of all major brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, etc.)
  • Ability to explain repair work clearly to customers
