Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Hardware & Network Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and network systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of hardware and network-related issues at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, etc.)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Handle network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Perform system upgrades, formatting, and software installations
• Manage preventive maintenance and routine system checks
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning
• Maintain service reports and update job status regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing)
• Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration
• Ability to handle fieldwork and client interactions professionally
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience1–3 years of experience in hardware and networking support
