Head Chef / CDP – Pan Asian, Japanese, Indian Chinese | Restaurant & Cloud Kitchen | Mumbai

IKARI is a premium Pan Asian restaurant expanding into dine-in and cloud kitchen formats in Mumbai. We are also launching a new Indian Chinese delivery brand from the same location.

We are hiring experienced senior chefs to lead multi-cuisine Asian kitchen operations.

Role Overview

You will oversee production for:

• Pan Asian cuisine
• Sushi & Japanese dishes
• Wok & Thai preparations
• Indian Chinese (Manchurian, Schezwan, gravies, rice, noodles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen operations across multiple Asian brands
• Maintain food quality & consistency
• Standardize sauces, gravies & prep systems
• Control food cost & wastage
• Train junior chefs
• Ensure hygiene & FSSAI compliance

Required Experience:

• 3–8 years experience in Pan Asian / Chinese / Asian kitchen
• Strong knowledge of wok cooking & sauces
• Experience in high-volume restaurant or cloud kitchen
• Leadership ability
