- Handling Inbound calls & chats
- Resolving queries & issues
- Ensuring customer inbound calls & chats
- Resolving customer satisfaction
- 5days work & 2 rotational week offs
- Transport will be provided by the company
- Exeperienced candidates can get good salary packages
- Salary range - 20,000 to 50,000 in hand
