Key Responsibilities:

-Chat Process (Relevant Chat Experience Mandatory MIN 6 months of experience on papers)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international chat process experience can apply

Compensation:

- Experienced Chat Candidates: Up to 3.5 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
