Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Process
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Candidates with 6-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply
Selection Process:
- HR Interview
- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment
- Ops Interview
Shift Requirements:
- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
