Job Description: International Customer Support Representative

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon /Malad)


Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled International Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our international clients, specifically handling Australian and US processes, ensuring that inquiries and issues are resolved with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to international clients via calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Manage support processes for Australian and US clients, adapting to their specific requirements and expectations.
  • Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in customer support software and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling international clients, with exposure to Australian and US processes preferred.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (7 PM to 11 AM, rotational 9.5 hrs).
  • 5-day working schedule with 2 rotational week offs.
  • Benefits One-side cab facility provided.
  • Joining bonus of up to ₹50,000 after completing 6 months in the system.
  • Competitive salary up to ₹5 LPA.
