Key Responsibilities:

-Freshers can apply with good communications

-VOICE PROCESS (Relevant VOICE Experience Mandatory MIN 6 months of experience on papers)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international voice process experience can apply

Compensation:

- Freshers Candidates: Up to 2.9 LPA

- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.3 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
