About the Role

We believe that the first 6 years of life are crucial for a child’s development. This role focuses on delivering engaging, activity-based, screen-free learning experiences directly in children’s homes through personalized 1:1 sessions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Conduct 30–45 minute one-on-one sessions at the child’s home
• Deliver sessions using a structured, activity-based curriculum
• Engage children (ages 0–6) through play-based learning techniques
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with children
• Provide brief feedback to parents after each session
• Record attendance and session notes using a mobile application
• Maintain professionalism, care, and respect in all interactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21–45 years
• Graduate (any stream)
• Preferred: ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training
• Fluency in English + Hindi or Marathi
• Minimum 6 months experience with children
• (professional or personal – parent/caregiver experience accepted)
• Comfortable with local travel
• Willingness for background verification

Work Schedule

• Flexible work options: Part-time / Freelance
• Choose availability: Weekdays / Weekends / Both
• Expected 1–3 sessions per day depending on availability and location
• Mandatory Training & Certification:
• 1 week online training
• Live demo session
