Job Description
1. Ensure field readiness of new JioFiber Engineer & JioFiber Associate,within TAT by conducting hands-on training - RFR Training.
2. Complete practical evaluation of JFE/JFA, as outlined in the training,manual
3. Perform field audits, performance coaching, buddy rides to ensure,quality of On-the-Job training, completion within TAT - 15 days post,completion of classroom RFR
4. Understand field issues and identify manpower for focused hands-on,training interventions, Skill Enhancement Training Quality of,Installation, SR, Sales
5. Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training,techniques
6. Develop and customize the content, specific to the state.
7. Inventory management & record keeping - Equipment's, tools and,consumables
