Home Loan Executive

We are hiring Relationship Officer (Sales) for Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) / MSME/ Housing Loan segment.

Candidate will be responsible for secured loan sourcing, customer handling, and achieving sales targets through DSA/DST and direct sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate business for MSME / LAP / Housing Loan

✅ Sourcing through DSA/DST / Channel Partners

✅ Customer meeting & relationship management

✅ Collect documents and coordinate for login/disbursement

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Maintain daily reporting and lead tracking

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in secured loan sourcing (DSA/DST)

✔ Exposure in MSME / LAP / HL products

✔ Employment gap should not be more than 4 months

✔ Age limit: Up to 30 years

✔ CIBIL Score: 700+
