Job Description
- enerate leads and acquire new customers for home loan products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable home loan solutions
- Handle end-to-end loan processing support (documentation, verification, coordination with credit team)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle
- Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, LAP, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
