Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on home loan products, eligibility, and application process.
- Assess financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Assist clients with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to process loans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in home loan sales or mortgage advisory is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking and loan products.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
