Job Overview

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of all our properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient staff management, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of all properties, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.

Guest Relations: Handle escalations, special requests, and VIP guest experiences across locations.

Staff Supervision: Manage and train on-site staff, housekeeping teams, and site managers to maintain high service standards.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.

Revenue & Budget Management: Optimize pricing strategies, occupancy rates, and operational costs for maximum profitability.

Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers for housekeeping, maintenance, and other services.

Event Coordination: Oversee event-friendly properties and ensure smooth execution of hosted events.

Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to local hospitality laws, safety protocols, and security measures.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in hospitality management (hotels, serviced apartments, or Airbnb-style businesses preferred).

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and other booking platforms is a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
