Hospitality Manager

Housekeeping & Maintenance Manager – Service Apartments (Bandra West, Mumbai)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

• Location: Bandra West

Job Role

• Responsible for daily inspection, cleanliness, maintenance coordination and guest support for multiple service apartments

Morning Duties (10 AM – 2 PM) – Site Visits

• Visit assigned service apartments daily

• Check cleanliness and hygiene of rooms and bathrooms

• Ensure beds, linen, towels and toiletries are properly arranged

• Check working condition of AC, geyser, lights, fans, TV and Wi-Fi

• Check plumbing (taps, flush, leakage)

• Coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleaning and room readiness

• Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in

• Identify damages, repairs or shortages

• Inform management about maintenance requirements

Office Duties (2 PM – 6 PM)

• Attend guest phone calls and WhatsApp queries

• Record and respond to guest complaints

• Arrange technicians (plumber, electrician, AC technician, etc.)

• Follow up till issue is resolved

• Coordinate check-in and check-out

• Maintain daily report of property status

• Update management about major issues

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards across all apartments

• Ensure all appliances and utilities are working properly

• Supervise housekeeping staff

• Manage vendors and repair work

• Maintain inventory (linen, toiletries, supplies)

• Ensure quick room turnaround after check-out

Skills Required

• Good communication (Hindi & basic English)

• Responsible and punctual

• Problem-solving ability

• Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing issues

• Comfortable using smartphone & WhatsApp

• Ability to handle guests politely

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in hotel / guest house / hostel / service apartment preferred

• Staying near Bandra / Khar / Santacruz preferred

• Male or Female both can apply

Salary

• As per experience (discussed in interview)
