Job Summary

As a Party Host, you will be the key point of contact for guests celebrating birthdays or special events. Your main role is to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience by managing party activities, engaging with children and parents, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet party guests upon arrival and lead them through the event schedule with energy and enthusiasm.
• Organize and facilitate games, activities, and entertainment suited to the age group.
• Coordinate with kitchen/staff to ensure timely food and beverage service.
• Set up party rooms with decorations, party favors, and supplies prior to arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the party area.
• Handle any special requests, last-minute changes, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with parents, ensuring they are satisfied and informed.
• Assist in post-party cleanup and reset of the party space for the next event.
• Promote future bookings and upsell party packages where applicable.
