Hotel / General Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and supervise all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
• Ensure high standards of guest service and handle escalations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control
• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners
• Drive revenue, occupancy, and operational efficiency
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and team management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple departments and responsibilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred)
