Hotel Receptionist

Saree Mandatory for Female Staff. (Day shift only for Female)

All shifts for male (Day & Night)

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: Managing arrivals and departures, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments (cash, credit cards, invoices).
• Customer Service: Greeting guests, answering inquiries about hotel services, and handling guest complaints or special requests.
• Administrative Duties: Using property management software (PMS) to update bookings, managing phone lines, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
• Coordination: Working with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved. BambooHR +6

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for guest interaction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience is often required
