Job Summary

The Housekeeping Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of assigned areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.

Collect and dispose of waste properly.

Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as required.

Assist in setting up rooms, furniture, and equipment.

Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Support other housekeeping staff when needed.

Requirements

Basic education preferred.

Experience in housekeeping or cleaning work is an advantage.

Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.

Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.

Preferred Skills

Experience in hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential complexes.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
