Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the premises to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors. The role requires attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & MaintenanceSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors daily.

• Clean washrooms, restrooms and replenish hygiene supplies.
• Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment.
• Ensure pantry/café areas remain clean, wash Crockery and organized.
• Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation as per guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues (leakages, electrical faults, damages).

Hygiene & Safety ComplianceFollow cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support pest control and sanitation programs.

Inventory & SuppliesMonitor housekeeping materials and inform supervisor for replenishment.

• Maintain proper storage of cleaning tools and chemicals.

Customer ServiceMaintain polite and professional behavior.

• Respond promptly to cleanliness-related requests.
• Support event or peak-hour cleaning requirements.

Qualifications & SkillsMinimum: 8th / 10th Pass (or equivalent).

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
