Job Title: Housekeeping & Patient Care Staff

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Overtime Pay (Based on Performance)

Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night) | Average 9 hours per shift

Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and responsible Housekeeping & Patient Care Staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and basic patient support in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Housekeeping Duties:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across wards, rooms, corridors, and common areas
• Regular cleaning, mopping, dusting, and sanitization as per hospital standards
• Proper handling and disposal of medical and general waste
• Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Patient Care Duties:Assist patients with basic daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Support nursing staff in shifting or transporting patients
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a clean bedside environment
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests
• Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality
• Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
• Prior experience in housekeeping or patient care is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to handle long shifts
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
