Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Train, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff; create work schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Operations & Inventory: Monitor, order, and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Customer Service: Address guest complaints, special requests, and inquiries promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and, in some cases, infection control protocols.
• Reporting: Document daily activities, including staff attendance, cleaning checklists, and inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Strong team management, training, and motivational skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull, as the role may require hands-on cleaning

Job Type

Field Job: It is a field job requiring candidate to travel some locations covering Powai, Malad, Vakola & BKC. Travel to different locations will be on different days and not all the locations are to be covered in one day.

Must Have: A valid Two Wheeler Driving License
