Responsibilities

1. Visit apartments and Inspect Apartment Cleanliness 
2. Train housekeeping staff
3. support housekeeping staff in emergencies
4. Oversee repairs & preventive maintenance
5. Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, consumables
6. Coordinate vendors for technical issues

Required skills

1. Good interpersonal skills
2. Leadership skills
3. Can do basic logging of inventory

Desirable skill

1. Has worked in hotel industry and /or knows basic repairs of usual household issues 

Job type 

It is a field job. The candidate is required to travel to various locations

covering Powai, Malad, BKC, Santacruz and Khar. Travel to different locations

will be on different days and not all the locations are to be covered in one day.

Must Have 

Two Wheeler driving license
