Job Title: HR Executive / HR Officer

About Us SK Interior is a turnkey interior, construction, and project management firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and corporate interior works. We are looking for an HR Executive to handle all documentation, compliance, and workforce management activities across our projects.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all staff and worker records, joining formalities, and attendance.
• Handle PF, ESIC, insurance, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and maintain HR documentation.
• Manage insurance policies, renewals, and claims for staff and site workers.
• Support payroll processing with attendance and overtime data.
• Coordinate site-level HR requirements — accommodation, food, travel, etc.
• Maintain compliance registers and liaise with consultants/auditors as needed.
• Requirements Graduate (BBA/BCom/BA/HR specialization preferred)
• 2 years of experience in HR & compliance (construction/interior industry preferred)
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws & MS Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills
