Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: • Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, setting up interviews and reordering supplies • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, card, and making hotel and restaurant reservations • Screen phone calls and route callers • Use the computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research Office admin works such as, office purchases, like computers, stationary. Maintain the asset inventory Prepare invoices Basic accounting Maintain record of bills.
