Job Description
- Human Resources Responsibilities Recruitment & On boarding Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll out).
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- HR Operations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Employee Relations Assist in grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
- Support disciplinary actions and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
- Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
- Assist in HR audits and statutory inspections.
- Administration Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Handle office assets, inventory, and records.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and vehicle coordination.
- Ensure health, safety, and office discipline standards.
- Support event management and internal meetings.
