Job Description
- Key Responsibilities🧑💼 HR SupportAssist in recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation
- Support onboarding & exit formalities
- Track staff performance inputs, reminders, and compliance tasks
- Coordinate with payroll / consultant for salaries and statutory work
- 🗂 Admin & Operations SupportMaintain office records, agreements, and vendor details
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff
- Track bills, invoices, payments, and approvals
- Maintain organised digital filing systems (Drive / folders)
- 🔍 Research & Founder Support (VERY IMPORTANT)Research competitors, institutes, companies, vendors, or industry trends
- Collect data from websites, LinkedIn, reports, and public sources
- Prepare clear summaries, comparison tables, and insights
- Support presentations, proposals, and planning documents
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action points from discussions
- 📞 Communication & CoordinationDraft professional emails, messages, and internal communication
- Handle follow-ups with candidates, partners, and staff
- Act as coordination point between founder and internal teams
- Escalate issues with clarity and context
