Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR & Compliance Manager to oversee all human resource operations while ensuring strict compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on payroll experience, and proficiency in HRMS systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, promotions, and succession planning
- Design and deliver training, learning, and development programs
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements such as tax, social security, gratuity, leave encashment, and other deductions
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing and audits
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration
- Handle salary structuring, revisions, bonuses, and final settlements
HRMS & Data Management
- Manage and administer HRMS software for employee records, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRMS systems
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
- Lead HRMS implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives
- Train employees and managers on HRMS usage and best practices
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely policy updates
