Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR department in various recruitment and administrative activities across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment in the Apparel & Fashion industry, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles in the Apparel & Textile sector across PAN India.
• Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Handle bulk and store-level hiring coordination along with onboarding formalities.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
• Assist with preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support HR operations including attendance, employee engagement activities, and joining formalities.
• Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes within the Apparel / Fashion / Textile industry.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internship in HR / Recruitment within the Retail or Apparel sector preferred.
• Knowledge of the garment manufacturing lifecycle will be an added advantage.
