Job Description

  • HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits).
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and HR certificates.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll teams/vendors.
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Payroll & Compliance SupportAssist in monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions).
  • Coordinate for PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain compliance records and support audits when required.
