Job Description
- HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits).
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and HR certificates.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll teams/vendors.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Payroll & Compliance SupportAssist in monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions).
- Coordinate for PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain compliance records and support audits when required.
