HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR operations for client organizations.
• Assist in policy formulation, documentation, and implementation.
• Conduct HR process, employee engagement activities, and feedback sessions.
• Work on client-specific HR projects (e.g., talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management).
• Provide inputs and support in improving HR systems and practices.
• Travel to client locations as needed for project implementation and reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations & HR consulting.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
