Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage payroll, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and support day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and hands-on experience with Excel.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll activities accurately and on time
• Handle end-to-end coordination between Admin, HR, and client teams
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and entry tracking
• Use advanced Excel for data management, reporting, and tracking attendance
• Coordinate and manage courier services and office logistics
• Welcome and assist guests/clients, ensuring a professional experience
• Arrange basic hospitality (lunch/refreshments) for visitors when required
• Support daily HR and administrative operations
• Requirements:Graduate in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic to advanced)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Well-organized and presentable personality
