Job Description – HR ExecutivePosition: HR Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and general HR administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
• Draft and issue HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain attendance and leave management systems.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
