HR Executive

Job Brief: 

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires a people-oriented professional who can handle HR operations effectively while maintaining confidentiality and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and corrections
• Handle payroll calculations and monthly salary inputs
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and service documents
• Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Address employee queries and concerns professionally
• Verify sales team expenses and advances
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Support management in HR-related tasks and improvements
• Coordinate with management for HR policy implementation
• Address employee queries and concerns professionally
• Participate in PMS (Participate in PMS (Performance Management System) 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources 
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance
• Strong experience in payroll calculation, attendance, and expense verification
• Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-location operations preferred
