Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding

Location: Pan India

Experience: 3–4 Years

Industry: QSR / Retail / Hospitality

Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (70%) and onboarding & HR operations (30%) for multiple locations across India. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

Execute end-to-end recruitment across frontline and mid-level roles

Drive bulk hiring initiatives including walk-ins and mass recruitment drives

Source candidates via job portals, vendors, and social media platforms

Partner with stakeholders to close positions within defined timelines

Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure data accuracy

Onboarding & HR Operations (30%)

Manage joining formalities and onboarding documentation

Conduct induction and orientation programs

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with relevant HR experience / MBA / PGDM / Diploma in HR

3–4 years of experience in bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment

Prior experience in QSR/Retail/Hospitality preferred
