Talent Acquisition & HR Operations SpecialistAbout the Role: Lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; build talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and enhance employer branding
• Support onboarding/offboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR databases and assist with compliance and policy implementation
• Coordinate training programs and handle employee queries

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully closing positions across levels
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms)
• Experience with ATS and HR systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
