🏤 Candidates should be from Western suburbs of Mumbai. 

Experience - 1 to 2 years of hardcore recruitment in non IT profiles in consultancies. Smart and aggressive Freshers are welcome with HR Knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities-
◼️Sourcing resumes from different portals to recruit sales and BFSI profiles for pan India branches of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance 
◼️Screening resumes and shortlisting them according to the given job description 
Calling the candidates and taking all relevant information from them
◼️Scheduling them as per the interview schedule with Branch Managers.
◼️Taking references from candidates and try to find different ways to source the profiles. 
◼️Maintain proper data and excel sheets to record daily work routine 
◼️Coordinate with the candidates and zonal HR
Need to be in contact with candidates till their joining. 
◼️Need to have experience in Bulk hiring and should have worked Sales profiles
