Position: HR Executive

Salary: 25K-26K pm 

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri (East)

Experience: 1-5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Entire life cycle of interviewing, salary negotiation, finalizing the CTC, releasing offer letter, follow up till the candidate joins.

Induction, orientation and joining formalities.

Leave and Attendance maintenance

Formulating, updating and Implementing HR policies, and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the employees smoothly.

*Exit Formalities and payment of Full & Final Settlement.
