HR Generalist

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and employee engagement activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive employee experience and contribute to a thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Oversee employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all employees.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed and updated as needed.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and improvement plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience with performance management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have Skills):

• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of labor law compliance.
• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
