HR Generalist

Job Description:

HR Functions:

 Recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

 Participating in interviews and candidate assessments.

 Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.  Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.

 Responding to basic employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels.  Assisting in organising employee engagement activities and events.

 Contributing to employee relations initiatives, such as surveys, feedback collection, and conflict resolution support.

 Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs.

 End-to-end payroll and statutory compliance

 Compliance and Policy Adherence.

 Special Projects and Research

 Technology and Systems Support

 Event Coordination

 Generalist Activities.
