HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and conducting orientations for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, promote a positive work environment, and support performance management processes.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain compliance with company policies (e.g., EEO, OSHA, FMLA).
• Benefits & Payroll Administration: Coordinate payroll inputs, administer employee benefits programs, and act as a liaison for employee benefits questions.
• HRIS & Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate reports for compliance and auditing. Indeed +7

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (often required).
• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
