✨ Role Overview Muthoot Finance is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement and documentation processes. This internship is ideal for BBA students or graduates looking to build practical HR experience.

• 📝 Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding formalities and maintain employee files and documentation.
• Update and manage HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Provide support in HR compliance and general administrative tasks.
• Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR team.
• 🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications BBA (Completed) – specialization in HR preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently.
