We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and HR data management. The internship is designed to give you practical experience in HR processes while contributing meaningfully to organizational growth.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate pipelines.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.

Support onboarding activities including documentation
