Job Description - Recruiter

Experience: 3+ yrs

Education: Graduation

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH)

Industry Type: Manufacturing

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

2. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per role requirements.

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

4. Coordinating with all departments to understand staffing requirements.

5. Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to attract talent.

6. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

7. Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
