We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage both HR generalist and operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and supporting various HR initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process

- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding

- Handle payroll and benefits administration

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Assist in performance management and employee development

- Maintain HR records and databases

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience

- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
