Job Title: HR Manager

 Salary:15000- 25,000 per month

 Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with leading and supervising the internal team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to build a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance

Oversee PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee engagement and grievance management

Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes

Lead and manage the HR and operations support team

Coordinate with accounts, operations, and management for smooth functioning

Ensure discipline and maintain a positive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation

Knowledge of payroll basics, PF, ESIC, and compliance

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
