👥 Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process

📢 Plan and execute recruitment advertising & job postings

🎯 Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates

🗂️ Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations

📄 Create and implement HR policies and procedures

🔄 Support HR restructuring and organizational development

🎓 Plan training, onboarding, and employee support programs

💬 Maintain employee relations and engagement activities

📊 Manage employee benefits and HR documentation

📈 Prepare HR reports using MS Excel

✅ Requirements

🎂 Age: 30– 60 years

👩‍💼 Gender: Both genders allowed

🎓 Education: Graduate

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience:At least 10 years of relevant work experience required.
