Job Description
- Manage the Employee Life-Cycle: Oversee the entire employee journey, from onboarding to exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions at every stage.
- Recruitment Source: Coordinate for candidates and interviews and offer and work closely to build a stronger employer brand and coordinate for Social Media
- Administration: Manage admin AMC’s, office inventory, vendor management team reimbursements and more for the team. Assist the team with travel and ticketing
- Attendance and Payroll Management: Maintain accurate attendance and leave records
- Data Analytics and Metrics: Collect and analyze HR data to generate insightful metrics that support organizational decision-making.
- Maintain HRMIS: Keep the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) KEKA updated with accurate employee records and data and manage payroll on the software
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
- Policy Formulation and Implementation: Draft, update, and enforce HR policies to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Employee File Management: Ensure proper documentation and secure maintenance of employee records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Performance Management: Work closely with the leads to ensure that the PMS is a consistent success driving company growth
